Get ready for some fun grilling recipes! 

It's burger season and we just can't resist offering up another stunner of a burger - this time with bison (but don't worry, if you don't have bison, ground beef will do excellently). 

One of our Kitchen Heroes is having a blast with this month's new Red Guitar Mexican Seasoning. Chef Martin Aller-Stead from Toronto (www.skilpadcooks.com)  wrote: "Red Guitar has me bewitched! What a gorgeous flavour profile." Then followed up a day later with, "DAMN that Red Guitar of yours is delicious..." Thanks Martin - so glad you're having fun with it! You made my day, that's for sure!

Ben's Mexican Chicken Pizza: If you have kids, this is a great dish for them to play with and have fun in the kitchen. Ben (CJ's son) was 17 when he created this one. Pizza and nachos are his domain in the kitchen. 

Bison Burger with Spicy Chipotle Mayo: Can we honestly have too many burger recipes??

Mexican Grilled Chicken with Apricot-Tequila BBQ Sauce: Have fun with this one! A great patio meal for a lazy Sunday. Serve with a selection of salads. P.S. Don't worry if you don't have tequila, we offer other substitutes.
