What better way to get in on the fun then to cook up some 'Jamaican Jerk Beef Stew'. I recall the first time I made it, I thought...'hey, I wonder how Jamaican Bobsled will work with beef stew. Let's give it a shot." My son Ben thought I was loco and was surely going to ruin a good supper. But given the ooohs and aaahs around the table, well, Ben had to eat his words!
